HP4® products and services
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relationships related to the sale of the HP4® thermal coating system (hereinafter referred to as "Products") and related services.

By using the website or submitting a request for a quote or purchase, the user accepts the terms of these GTC.
2. Subject of the contract
The service provider offers thermal coatings (HP4, HP4+, Universal Primer) and related services under the HP4® brand.
The Products aim to optimize the thermal performance of surfaces.
The Products are not considered a traditional thermal insulation system, but rather a functional coating solution.
3. Order and conclusion of contract
Requesting a quote on the website does not constitute a binding order.
In each case, the contract is concluded upon acceptance of an individual offer.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or modify the offer.
4. Prices and payment terms
Prices are determined based on an individual offer.
The prices shown are given in net or gross form, depending on the offer.
If the service provider has tax-exempt status, he or she may issue an invoice with 0% VAT.
Payment terms (general guideline):
50% deposit upon ordering
50% upon completion
Payment deadline: 5 days
5. Fulfillment and execution
The implementation deadline is subject to individual agreement in each case.
The service provider performs the work based on the condition recorded during the survey.
In case of deviation, the parties shall consult in advance.
6. Product use and liability
The HP4® Products:
can only be applied to properly prepared surfaces
to be used according to the technological instructions recommended by the manufacturer
The service provider is not responsible for:
in case of improper construction
for defects resulting from improper application by a third party
for damages resulting from improper use
7. Technical information and performance
Technical data on the website and in the documentation:
values measured under laboratory and test conditions
are informative
are not guaranteed performance values in all environments
Actual results depend on, among other things:
from the structure of the building
climatic conditions
quality of workmanship
8. Guarantee and warranty
The service provider provides a warranty in accordance with the law.
Warranty is only valid if:
the product was used according to the manufacturer's instructions
the implementation was documented
9. Withdrawal and cancellation
Cancellation is not possible for custom-made or personalized services.
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the start of delivery.
Advance payments are refunded on an individual basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service provider's liability does not extend to:
indirect damages
for lost profits
for differences resulting from energy savings

11. Intellectual property
HP4®, related names, logos and content are the property of the service provider.
Their use is only possible with prior written permission.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Data Processing Notice.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.
In case of disputes, the parties shall primarily seek to reach an agreement peacefully.
In the absence of this, the Hungarian courts are competent.
